My working journey started at GCSC (SW) Ltd nearly 13 years ago, where I originally took on an apprenticeship in accountancy. Once I completed my qualification, I moved into a more integrated role, getting involved in the management side of things and onsite jobs whilst my Step Father (the founder), wound down for retirement. In 2019 both my brother and I were given an equal share in the business and the entire running of the business was placed in our hands with Chris in an advisory role. Fast forward to todays date and we now have a wealth of experience between us, taking pride in our strong customer base that has been created over the years. Although most of my spare time is taken up by work, I like to travel when possible to relax, recharge and refocus for when I am home.

I have worked for the family firm since 2010, only taking time out to work abroad in New Zealand & Bermuda where I worked as a swimming pool/hot tub engineer. I have a keen interest in anything electrical and you will often find me working up on the roof dismantling fans. In my spare time, when I am not doing business related works, I am working on a renovation project which I really enjoy.

You will find me in the office dealing with admin and finances. I also deal with our accreditation bodies ensuring that our CHAS Elite and BESA qualifications are updated annually. I have worked for the company on a part time basis since 2004, using my extensive knowledge having worked for Lloyds Bank for more than 30 years. Current hobbies include Bowling and foreign travel.
